このアニメは非常にのんびりした作品である。ハラハラする場面が無く、クスッと笑えてとにかく可愛いので、睡眠前に観ると心が落ち着いて気持ちよく眠れる。舞台はとある田舎の４人しか居ない小＆中学校に大都会東京から一人の女子小学生が転校してくる。都会からの転校生に皆は興味津々で、気弱な転校生を巻き込んで田舎ならではの面白生活が始まる。
This animation is a very laid-back work. There are no harrowing scenes, and it is funny and cute, so if you watch it before going to sleep, it will calm your mind and help you sleep comfortably. The story takes place in a rural elementary and junior high school with only four students when a female elementary school student from the big city of Tokyo transfers to the school. Everyone is curious about the new student from the city, and an interesting life unique to the countryside begins involving the timid transfer student.
■登場人物の説明；まずこのアニメの一番のトラブルメーカーである「宮内れんげ（みやうちれんげ）小学１年生、あだ名は「れんちょん」。生まれた時からこの村に住んでいるので都会も田舎も知らない。もしかしたらここは田舎なのかも？と疑っている。姉はこの学校の教師で自身も教えられなくても勉強ができるほどIQが高い。
Description of the characters:First of all, the biggest troublemaker in this anime, "Renge Miyauchi ", a first grader, whose nickname is "Renchon". She has lived in this village since birth and knows neither the city nor the countryside. she suspects that maybe this is the countryside? she suspects that this might be the countryside. Her older sister is a teacher at the school, and he has a high IQ that allows him to study without being taught.
■「一条蛍（いちじょうほたる）」小学5年生、あだ名は「ほたるん」、大都会東京から転校してきた。身長が161cmと高い。性格はおとなしく東京の話はほとんどしない。中学2年生で身長の低い「こまちゃん」の可愛さに嵌っており自宅で「こまちゃん人形」を大量に作っている。
"Ichijo Hotaru," a 5th grade elementary school student, nicknamed "Hotarun," transferred from the big city of Tokyo. She is tall at 161cm. She has a quiet personality and rarely talks about Tokyo. She is in her second year of junior high school, and is fascinated by the cuteness of Komachan, a short girl, and has made a large number of Komachan dolls at home.
■「越谷小鞠（こしがやこまり）」中学2年生、あだ名は「こまちゃん」、身長が138cmと、とても小さく、怖がりで子供っぽい。

■「越谷夏海（こしがやなつみ）」中学1年生、あだ名は「なっつん」、身長は155cm。性格は男っぽく「れんちょん」に次ぐトラブルメーカー。勉強が嫌いで、この場所が田舎だと認めていない。いつも姉の「こまちゃん」をペット扱いしている。
"Koshigaya Natsumi" is a first-year junior high school student, nicknamed "Natsun" (155 cm tall), who has a manly personality and is the second biggest troublemaker after "Renchon". He hates studying and does not recognize this place as a countryside. He always treats his older sister "Komachan" as a pet.
■「越谷卓（こしがやすぐる）」、中学3年生の「こまちゃん」と「なっつん」の兄。勉強はできるが、無口で話さない。
Koshigaya Suguru is the older brother of "Komachan" and "Natsun," who are in the third year of junior high school. He is a good student, but is quiet and doesn't talk much.
■「宮内一穂（みやうちかずほ）」、学校の卒業生で現教師。「れんちょん」の姉である。基本的に授業中は皆に答案用紙を配って寝ている。性格も超のんびりしている。
"Kazuho Miyauchi," a graduate of the school and current teacher. She is the older sister of "Renchon". She basically hands out answer sheets to everyone and sleeps during class. She has a very laid-back personality.

夏休みにすることがなく村を徘徊していた「れんちょん」は同じ小学1年生の「ほのか」と出会う。彼女は夏休みにおばあちゃんの家に遊びに来ていた。村の写真を撮りたい「ほのか」を「れんちょん」は案内して回る。明日も一緒に遊ぼうと約束する二入。「れんちょん」はうれしくて早起きして「ほのか」に会いに行くが、「ほのか」は親の仕事の事情で東京に帰ってしまっていた。
"Renchon" was wandering around the village during the summer vacation with nothing to do, when he met "Honoka," another first grader.
"Honoka" was visiting her grandmother's house during the summer vacation. Renchen shows Honoka around the village, wanting to take pictures of the village. They promise to play together again tomorrow. Renchon is so happy to make a new friend in the same grade that he wakes up early and goes to see Honoka, but she has gone back to the city because of her parents' work.

新しい自転車に乗りたい「れんちょん」だったが、雨続きで乗れない。そこで雨が止むおまじないで「てるてるぼうず」を作るがそれでも雨は止まない。そこで自身が「てるてるぼうず」となって村を徘徊する。そこで「こまちゃん」を見つけた「れんちょん」は一緒に遊ぼうと追いかける。しかし「こまちゃん」から見ると恐ろしい変質者にしか見えず、逃げ続ける。
Renchon wanted to ride his new bicycle, but he couldn't because of the continuous rain.
So she makes a "teru teru bozu" (a kind of "teru teru bozu" that stops the rain), but it still doesn't stop raining. So she becomes a "teru teru bozu" herself and wanders around the village. There she finds "Komachan" and chases after her, hoping to play with her. However, "Komachan" sees him as a frightening pervert and continues to run away.
